When you place an order with Ink & Cocoa, you are purchasing a single-use digital gift experience: a personalized interactive story delivered as a private link and QR code. The story is made available to you and your recipient for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. All stories are original works created and owned by Ink & Cocoa.
Your personalized story link and QR code will be delivered to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within minutes of your purchase. Ink & Cocoa is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout. If you have not received your story within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Because each story is personalized and delivered digitally at the time of purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once delivery has occurred. If you believe there was an error with your order, or if you did not receive your story, please contact us at hello@inkandcocoa.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will do everything we can to make it right.
You agree to use Ink & Cocoa stories for personal, lawful purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly display our story content without our written permission. The private story links we provide are intended for sharing with a single recipient as a personal gift.
All story content, illustrations, copy, and design on this website are the property of Ink & Cocoa and are protected by applicable copyright laws. Purchasing a story grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to read and share that story as a private gift. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your chosen payment method. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice, though any change will not affect orders already placed.
Ink & Cocoa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
